Spyker N.V. ("Spyker") shall publish its year results 2012 on Monday 29 April 2013, instead of the previously announced date of 8 April 2013.

Spyker has decided to delay publication, since the audit of annual accounts by Ernst & Young Accountants LLP, by mutual agreement, started later than scheduled and is currently still in the process of being finalised.

The annual report for 2012 shall be available on 29 April 2013. Furthermore, Spyker shall publish its trading update for the first quarter of 2013 on 29 April 2013.

With due observance of the 42 days convocation period, the annual general meeting of shareholders will be held on Thursday 13 June 2013, one week later than formerly planned.
